We are living in difficult times, and there are needy people all around us. Sometimes it feels overwhelming, but if we act together, we can accomplish great things. Join Buddhist Global Relief on a 3.5 mile Walk to Feed the Hungry on Saturday, October 13, and put your compassion into action.

-Free vegetarian picnic lunch immediately following the walk
-Stand up for food justice at our “Right to Food” advocacy table!
-Face painting and raffle
Come early for Moving Meditation exercise! 9:00 – 10:00 AM

A portion of the proceeds will go to Hour Children in Queens. This year BGR provided a grant to City Harvest, Inc. in NYC for their Healthy Neighborhood Program.
