Sensei Tony Stultz to speak at World Congress of Religions 2012 in Washington, DC
Sensei Tony Stultz, founder and director of the Blue Mountain Lotus Society in Harrisburg, PA, will speak at the upcoming World Congress of Religions 2012, being held from November 30 to December 2 in Washington, DC. Sensei Tony will give his talk on Saturday, about “how the concept of oneness can foster respect and understanding among religions, cultures and nations.”
High-profile speakers at the event include Martin Luther King III, Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, and Congresswoman-elect Tulsi Gabbard (the first Hindu elected to the US Congress), who will all offer keynote talks. Sensei Tony tells Buddhadharma that he will be representing BMLS and the Zen Peacemaker Sangha. Roshi Bernie Glassman has offered input on his presentation, he said.
