There are so many ways to meet people today — internet dating sites, meet-up groups, speed dating, bars and clubs…. Slow Dating is an alternative way to meet other single people. Meet real people in real time, face to face, who share a common interest in meditation.
- This day-long retreat will consist of sitting meditation, discussion, talks, and a chance to meet other single people interested in the path of meditation.
- It is for all ages and orientations.
- Topics of discussion will include making friends with fear, loneliness as a path to awakening, respectful communication, how to engage in the dating world with confidence and kindness.
The day ends with a celebratory reception.
