Pema Chödrön teaching on bodhichitta in Vermont, May 4–5
Pema Chödrön will spend two days in May teaching on the concept of bodhichitta at Pema Osel, the Buddhist center of one of her teachers, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, in Vershire, Vermont. The teaching event is a fundraiser for the construction of the Sangdo Palri Temple in Colorado.
Ani Pema will teach from the first chapter of The Way of the Bodhisattva, in which the Indian sage Shantideva offers a rhapsody on the wonders of bodhichitta, or “awakened heart,” inspiring us to connect with the very best of ourselves in order to help others do the same.
Tickets range from $350 to $975 and go on sale on March 10 at 7 a.m. EST. Click here for more information on the fundraiser.
