It is for those who have a mindfulness practice as part of their professional or personal development, such as MBSR instructors, education professionals, health care professionals, mediators, or anyone applying mindfulness and contemplative disciplines in their work live.
This retreat will be a valuable opportunity to deepen and strengthen your practice in a relaxing, peaceful environment in the gorgeous hills of Nova Scotia — no religious strings attached.
