Join us for a meeting and discussion based on our teacher Chozen Bay’s book, Mindful Eating. We will use meditation and Mindful Eating exercises to explore our experiences around food.
A great refresher for those who have attended Chozen’s Mindful Eating Retreat, or for those who are interested in learning more about eating mindfully.
