Mindfulness for Children and Parents: Six-week course

This unique class has been developed to provide children and their parents opportunities to explore the concept and practice of mindfulness through a variety of experiential activities.
The curriculum is especially designed for ages 6-12. All children must be accompanied by a parent. No experience with meditation or mindfulness is necessary.
