Prepare to be inspired by this video from Sola Yoga

The Sola Yoga Project seeks to bring yoga and meditation to the people of Afghanistan and its surrounding region, and help them “develop the tools they need to reduce the level of hatred, hostility, and other states of being responsible for perpetuating armed conflict.” Is it working? The Sola Yoga Project is an initiative of the independent, nonprofit, Amanuddin Foundation, whose mission is to teach all Afghan people learn about non-violence and peace education before 2014, the withdraw of international troops. (You might have heard about the project’s work in this October Wall Street Journal feature.) Learn more and donate to the Project here.
