Fresh off the sold-out 2013 Buddhist Geeks Conference in Boulder, CO, an announcement has already been made about 2014: the Geeks will gather again in Boulder for the Fourth Annual Conference, October 16-19. With Chris Dancy, Sofia Diaz, Hokai Sobol, Emily Horn, Vincent Horn, and Kelly Sosan Bearer already locked in as speakers, the organizers are promising “keynotes, live talks, unplugged sessions, #openpractice sessions, and roundtables”, as well as “some surprising, new features,” all in the interest of “exploring Buddhism, technology, and global culture.”
If this sounds like your kind of powwow, “Early Adopter” tickets are now on sale at a steep discount, but only until December 30. Click here for conference and registration information.
Not sure if you can make it to the conference? No worries. One of the developments from the 2012 get-together was the creation of the online Buddhist Geeks Community, now several hundred strong. Discover it here, for interaction with like-minded dharma geeks all year long.
